Quarterly: June 1st.   Sept. 1st.    Dec.1st     March 1st
    Net amount due is payable by the 20th of each billing month.
    Penalty of 10% is charged after the 20th of the billing month.

Community Bulletin Board is located on the front of the Village Office. It is available for you to post your flyers for community events for everyone to see.

NEW NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX is available when the office is closed. The box is located on the front of the Village office building. Please use this to drop off for water/sewer bill payments.

Garage Sale:   A permit is needed for all garage sales. A Village wide is usually held the week before the community Festival.

No permit is needed during this time.

Handicapped Parking Permits are issued at the Village office for Village residents with an application from your doctor along with your drivers license.

Lauraville Landing:  Park Permits for overnight camping may be acquired at the Village Office or Police Department during regular office hours.

Meters:    It is important to remember in winter months to close all basement windows and secure any major drafts that would cause your meter (frost plate) to freeze. If it does freeze, it will be replaced at a cost to the home owner of $25.00

Property Maintenance:  is enforced for both snow removal and lot or lawn maintenance. If not repaid to Village, the cost to have the work done

 is added to the property taxes.

Recycling Information:  Residents are responsible for recyclables.

Sidewalk Replacement Information is available at the Village Office. Current reimbursement is $2 square foot.

Tax year runs from June 1st  -  May 31st of the next year.

You receive your taxes on June 1st.

 On Oct. 31st all unpaid taxes are referred to Wayne County for

relevy on the Town and County taxes. 

Vendor Licenses are required to sell door to door to residents.

Village & School Speed Limits are strictly enforced.

Winter Parking Rules will be in effect from Nov.15th to April 1st. No Parking is allowed on any Village street from 2 a.m. until 6 a.m.

No on street parking from Nov-April (winter months) for snow plowing.

Special points of interest:
If an emergency occurs after hours contact the Police Dept. by using the 911 emergency system.
