Local Law #01-2008 SEWER RATES AMENDMENT CHAPTER 146
Effective June 1, 2008 Billing a quarterly charge of $63.00 per unit.
No partial payments for any and all individual sewer rental rates will be accepted by the Village of Clyde and a tender of such will not be considered a payment and as such a tender, if retained by the Village in its sole discretion shall not preclude a water turn off nor preclude any other enforcement at law of equity by the Village.
Local Law #02-2008 ZONING LAW-MURAL CHAPTER 136
MURAL - A work of decorative art applied on or attached to an exterior wall or fence within public view that does not include graphics or text that can be interpreted as commercial advertising. Embellishments to or decoration of architectural elements are not considered a mural. Notwithstanding the above definition, a mural may contain bona fide historic recreations of vintage advertising.

Local Law #04-2008 SECOND HAND DEALERS CHAPTER 201
Dealers must now get a license, and before that is issued, their stock is examined by the police and code enforcement officer. They must maintain records of inventory and when it was purchased and be of "good moral character."
